• Tickets will be sent on the email provided. In case you do not receive the ticket on your email address after the payment has been made, please contact us at [email protected].
• Tickets cannot be refunded after the payment.
• Refund will be made only in cases an event is cancelled or postponed to another day after deduction of platform charges, after confirmation of the cancellation from the event host.
• Misbehavior at event venue can lead to expulsion from the venue.
• Venue rules apply.
• The responsibility for the event, ensuring necessary permissions and requirements are met is of the host.
