Do Kahaniyan brings together two acclaimed South Asian Genre short films : Barber of the Gods (India) by Sushant Nagpal and Moshari (Bangladesh) by Nuhash Humayun. These films reimagine myths, superstitions, and futuristic fears through bold new storytelling.
Both directors will be joining us for Discussions and a Q&A, offering audiences a rare chance to dive into their creative process and the cultural ideas shaping their work.
Curated by Genre.X Club, this screening highlights the new wave of South Asian creators who are expanding what “genre” can be : intimate, political, culturally rooted, and thrillingly inventive.
